Sir, I am from Karnataka, I try to bank clk and I attempted SBI clk 2021, RRB clk 2021, IBPS clk 2021, RBI clk 2021 but not selected SBI clk and RRB clk Prelims cleared but in Mains not shortlisted, IBPS clk prelims I got 56.25 marks, cut off is 60.75 in my state Ex serviceman so not shortlisted to mains, I study in online platform ( Winners Institute online course) text book you tube channel and i taking mock in Oliveboard and Smartkeeda app, in mock my marks overall average is 40 to 45 for RRB clk, Now i attend RRB clk 2022 prelims I attend 46 questions, I don't know i shortlisted for mains or not, for General Awareness i watch textbook pushpak sir's videos everyday basis and i reading affairs cloud app news, please suggest me best strategy for improving speed and accuracy in all subjects. I don't read or follows any book, I preparing online classes only. I have completed 17 years 3 months service in Indian Army, I retired on 31 Dec 2020, I am LMC (low medical Category in Army dicument) but I don't receive LMC amount because I am not attributable to military service. I completed graduation (BA) in open University of Karnataka state. My questions is:- Can I got job on bank as a clk? Any issues comes in document verification for regards LMC? My one ear is not hear, any medical test is conducted before bank joining. I suitable for bank clk or not please clarify me, now I try to bank sector only My

Sir it is similar to clerk..the only difference in slab of stagnation...and no graduation increment...however it might change in coming years as graduation increments are demanded for guard in 12 th bipartite settlement

Sir my advise u to continue and try to get promoted.as far as banking is concerned u have to start your journey from bottom as now you will not get the benefit of pay fixation 🙏and also the pay structure is revised in banking so if any case u somehow get it you will get the basic lik other new joine and gross will go approx 32k 🙏

What should I do.

If initial stage of basic pay is reached 47920 after fixation of pay in bank of ex servicemen. On 47920 (which is in 20th stage of pay of bank) graduation increment will be given or not. If it is given on higher stage on 47920, then how much increment will be given one or two ?. Please clarify

Several circles in SBI is granting increment on account of graduation to Exservicemen who has got his first basic fitment at ₹47920.

Sir increment after stagnation is in every two years however in case u r settled on satg some circles make it advance by an year mns u will get next increment immediate next year and then in every two years 🙏
