Pay'n Pak 2nd Timelapse Building Film

Time lapse film showing the construction of the 2nd turbine Pay'n Pak / Tosti Asti in 1982. Also footage of the 1st turbine 'Pak in the shop and testing in 1981 following the famous flip in 1980.

The 1982 Miss Pay N Pak is my favorite hydro of all time even though this looks like the 80 or 81. Loved the turbine when it came out in 80, but loved the tweaks to the cowling in 82. What a great find! Thanks for sharing!
