Background:
Located a short distance off the southern part of Peninsular Malaysia's east coast, Pulau Tioman is one of the most popular scuba diving destinations in the region. A designated nature reserve, the island is ringed by charming beaches while a rocky tropical rainforest dominates its interior.
Visitors to the island would stay at one of the numerous beaches. There are essentially no inland roads on the island, thus the only way to travel between the beaches is via boat. The island offers a wide variety of accommodations and has a good number of supporting facilities (e.g. restaurants and dive shops) at most of the beaches.
Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort (Paya Beach):
Paya Beach Resort is the main accommodation option at Paya Beach. The resort has been operating for more than 30 years and has a wide range of facilities including a spa, swimming pool, restaurant/bar and dive centre.

May I ask how do you brought the ferry ticket? via online or just only can buy it at the Mersing jetty counter on the day?

You can liaise with your accommodation host. They will help you to arrange for the tickets. Typically, the host would try to help ensure that u have a confirmed ticket (both ways) such that your stay with them is confirmed. If they cannot help you to secure the tickets, then it affects your stay with them. =)
