As always the recipe is brilliant. I love your cooking. Silver Potli ka Masala and the Nihari packet found inside have lots of muddy particles and fine sand. You need to be careful while using that... Always boil and sieve and then again let it settle a bit and collect the infused water leaving the fine sand at the bottom. Do the same thing with the nihari packet...dissolve in water stir and soak for a few minutes to collect the top water.

@@truthanddare1008 sukha dhaniya is normally used for rasam, achaar and vegetarian curries. It is normally doesn't enhance non veg recipes. In South India sookha dhaniya is not used
