Payback Period: Calculation, Advantages and Disadvantages

This video shows how you can calculate and use Payback Period as a way to evaluate investments. I also highlight some of the major advantages and disadvantages of using this approach to investment evaluation.
This video will be particularly useful to students studying Chapter 5 of "Corporate Finance" [12th edition] by Ross, Westerfield, Jaffe and Jordan. The Chapter is titled "NPV and Other Decision Rules".
