@@azrael557 in all fairness, Payback’s lineup in the show is pretty much the farthest from the avengers as you can get. Swatto Crimson Countess and Soldier Boy are pretty much the only ones that fully match up. Noir is a parody of batman, Mind Droid was originally a parody of vision before they changed him to Mindstorm, making him just kind of a vague telepathic guy, and the TNT twins are the wonder twins, which are justice league. Gunpowder is still similar to Bucky Barnes but Bucky isnt even in the avengers so it doesnt really make sense.

Most of them, except Soldier Boy, Noir and Mindstorm are C-tier. -Swatto has insect like wings and... that's it. Flying is neat, but not exactly A-list material. -Crimson Countess can't use her powers unless her hands touch each other, as proven by Frenchie and Kimiko when they detain her. -Similarly, the TNT twins can't use their powers unless they touch each other's hand. Keep them apart and they're just regular people. -Gunpowder has superhuman accuracy, which is decent-ish, but he'd still be pretty easy to take down with not too much effort. -Mindstorm's ability has some limitations too, but the pay off is much better than any of the others. He can put someone in a coma just by making eyecontact and just walk away while they slowly wither and dehydrate to death. Even SB had trouble handling that in Noir's flashback, when he accidentally looked at him a second too long. -Noir and Soldier Boy's durability, training and reflexes are top notch. We saw Noir tank a blast powerful enough to level a building once and all he suffered was some slight burn marks. He's also strong enough to split a normal human in half with his bare hands and although we haven't seen it yet, MM once mentioned that he's fast enough to keep up with a speeding car. We've seen a Russian scientist stick a rifle in SB's mouth and fire it and he was just fine afterwards. There's no telling what other tests they performed on him, but according to the Boys, anyone who has been subjected to all of that should have died a long, long time ago and yet, he's still walking. His durability is second only to Homelander's. Most of Payback is pretty low tier trash and could easily be defeated even by normal people, if they had the right intel and training on how to do go about it. Hell, when Hughie first met Translucent, he almost immediately figured out a way to knock his ass out and Translucent was on the Seven. Supes on this show aren't really all that super and could be taken down by normal people with enough training and information. There are only a few of them that are a real threat. Soldier Boy, Homelander, Noir, A-train in his prime and without the heartcondition would probably be dangerous AF too, if he bothered to train his powers more.

@@Xylarxcode crimson countess is still pretty powerful she also has super strength and durability because when sb killed her with his blast it didnt disintegrate her like how regular people get disintegrated by it, it left her as a charred corpse and although she still died she has to be a lot tougher than a regular human to not be turned into dust. also gunpowder has superhuman durability because he wasnt immediately splattered into blood and guts from butcher on temp v hitting him, it only gave him a bloody nose and knocked him down and it still took several punches to the face to kill him and butcher was nearly as physically strong as homelander

Mindstorm absolutely was mind controlling Gunpowder, he never went along with Payback's betrayal, so theres no reason that he'd gun down Mallory's men (especially when he has superhuman accuracy). Mindstorm is also seen giving him water while as if trying to wake him up, as when he puts people in nightmares, they die of dehydration unless he let's them out.
