Payday 2 - One Down Solo Stealth - 75 Detection Risk - #9 Big Bank

Payday 2: Big Bank, One Down Difficulty, Solo Stealth with 75 Detection Risk and the "Piggy Broke the Bank" achievement.
Big bank was by far the hardest 75DR heist. I never got that much fails before since I did Firestarter day 1 solo stealth.
Most of the time I had cameras or civs detecting me in the first part of the bank. But many times when I already entered the vault area, I had bad RNG with guards and cams. Sometimes even impossible settings.
But with every fail I learned more and so I managed to get into the vault area more often.

Now this run was really not my best in the first part of the bank. I had much better runs with less or no dead civilians. But in this run I had the worst RNG with the pc's :( In the vault area I had perfect settings with guards and cams so I could go for all loot but I decided to just take all the money bags and no gold.

I decided to do most of the One Down stealth heists (all I need for the 1D mask) with 75DR because there are no real differences to death wish and I want a little challenge ;)

You can use the poisoned cake in pre-planning to get rid of one guard. That's what I did. And you can hide behind the civs in the office if you are fast enough and no other civs can spot you. It's not possible with all of them.

No it's not pointless. On some heists guards raise the alarm if they see the open vault like on Bank Heist or Shadow Raid and on other heists like Big Bank and First World Bank they don't care. Payday Logic ^^

Well done Morti, well done! What a mess in the beginning with the computers and the employees. Reminded me of my last big bank run.^^ I thought that the guard from the elevator at the front of the bank would see the broken cameras and corpses. Where did he go? Did he leave the bank after a short time? And at the back of the bank, is it always so that two guards are stationary?

Thanks a lot :) I think I only had one roaming guard and the one puking guard in the canteen. Sometimes you get another guard from the elevators. About the stationary guards int the vault area ...I'm not sure but I think there are always two. In one of my fails, I just had two stationary guards left and a cam pointing to the vault. I shoot the cam to make things easier and one of the guards start moving and came to the cam :(

Litterally how I used to stealth before I found a no-armor, loud capable build for at least DW difficulty. I'm glad PD3 is getting rid of the detection risk system but they did add a restricted area system in place of it.

Is that one very lucky run or don't the Guards notice broken camera's on this job? in the places at the front i almost always had multible Guards walk by them on a regular basis. tho i did notice lately its not always a 3rd/4th guard that comes in with the elevators.

You have a chance of more guards coming from the elevators but it's not happening that often to me (and I did a lot of attempts on this) and with 75 detection, cameras are your biggest enemy. That's why I broke the cams and took the risk. I don't brake them when I do this with 3 detection.

+HoR Solacity there are no titan cams on Big Bank and if you killed all guards, you can shoot cameras.

M0rtifer this video was 8 or 9 months ago and you replied in one day that's impressive. Also it's weird that there aren't any titan cams. I should retry stealthing this.

I try to read/answer every comment ^^ Yea ...try it :) Btw. there are other heists with normal cameras on one down ...like GO Bank for example.

M0rtifer I'm on console so no GO Bank but I'll do the big bank when I get the chance
