It's really easy if you play single player because there will only be 3 cameras, and your AI teammates do a surprisingly good job of keeping the hostages from pressing alarm buttons.

People saying they have done it and not got the achievment, you cant do it on an easy difficulty, it says that. On the harder difficulties there are not only people in the main lobby, but outside the elevator as well as out the back, which all have to be stopped. It needs to be done with other real players, one in each section, its impossible to get alone.

I think that 80% or more of the random online players are incompetent to play mercy hospital. They either can't speak english, don't know and are not seeing the things you type to them or both. Some are incompetent because they cannot shoot all the cameras, dont listen to the host who says who should take which cameras etc. and you have those people who just keep on dying despite they are level 100+

i cut the right wire but didn't get achievement. Then got 2 "good" samples in a row. Things look good until we all (me and 3 A.I.) got downed by 2 cloakers : ( Anyway do you have to finish the heist to get the achievement or what ? Thanks for any answers.

Assuming that if this is Canon in L4D, I have to say that this is about before the 1st Infection or Real close to it.

Well L4D did take place two weeks after the outbreak of the Green Flu and those who are immune are also carriers basically infected anyone around them. The one infected should have been there for a while to get the news spread out about his infection and the one person paying the crew to get it. In Valve's "The Sacrifice" comic Bill also goes to a veterans hospital for surgery 2 days after the infection in Pennsylvania. No Mercy hospital is also located in Fairfield, Pennsylvania so its safe to say that this heist takes place 2 days after the first infection. If we could say that this heist is canon, In "The Sacrifice" comic Bill is seen escaping the hospital and being surrounded my zombies, if that is the case The military was bombing the hospital because of the infected's origin and the basement morgue. Although the bombing wasn't seen in the comics. It helps because of the exact state everything is after the bombing on the roof and 2 weeks after the outbreak. So overall is its canon or not, it gets everything down to the last bit perfectly.

OniNeoxes Also tf2 as strange is that it has a connection to L4D because they steal the virus, and were hired by an anonymous rich guy, this rich guy anonymus some people say be gray mann, because in L4D2 At first you need to pick up a package for an old guy in a bunker, some people say that the package is Australium that is the mineral gray man uses live for years.

Pfft, you just got lucky as all fuck with your placements, every time I play this map, it's impossible too beat because they're always spawning in other rooms, or the cameras are stupidly far apart.
