You can prepare dal,chawal khichidi with all vegitables like beans,carrot,onion,meggi masala 1 pact,Cauliflower etc .Very healthy

you can prepare a checklist of all the things that you need to carry for your layover. This way you can always recheck with the list after you pack from ur apartment and do the same before you checkout from the hotel. you can be relaxed this way.

Ypu can prepare dal,chawal wala khichdi 5 minutes.Just do hot oil and jeera,or mustard,adrak,green chilly and put small cup chawal and half cup moig dal,Tomato,1 alu uf you like half ,salt,Haldi snd put 1 glass water and close presure cooker .afterb1 st citi clise gas and keep till tgis cool .They you open and put 1 spoon Pure ghee .have it very tasty or else you can put magi powder 1 pact,dal,chawal,salt and prepare samw way in gas easy and with just 5 minutes foid ready

Why don't you hire a househelp? This will help you a lot. You can eat good food, you don't have to clean such a big house yourself, you can get some peace & good sleep. Like you are in a hectic profession, it's better to hire a househelp. Your flatmate and you both should hire a house help together. You are still young, that's why you are not aware, sleep is the most important thing in your life and in your day. When you have layover, you'll also have food, because there will be help at home, so you'll just get ready and go out with your tiffin. That's It..❤ Stay Happy & Safe..❤
