AKWASI, I wish I live in Massachusetts I could have help you with the Heating. Google the requirement for obtaining contractor license in Massachusetts. In California you have to be a journeyman for four years. A journeyman means you have to work for a plumbing company for four years without supervision and have the company sign off that you are qualified to work on your own. Every state is different. I am not a plumber, I am HVAC contractor, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Contractor, we have similar story, I didn’t go to High School in Ghana so I learned refrigerator repair work so when I got to America I polished it.

AKWASI, when you obtain your license and start working as a licensed plumber and heating technician, you will be making more money than a degree government worker in United States, you can easily make $110 to $150 an hour, handwork is lucrative in all the advanced world and I am grateful my struggling in Ghana is paying off.
