Paying my Dual Sport Dues

We stopped outside of Boise at parks and rec. There was some discrepancy on if a licensed bike actually needed the sticker or not. Some say it does, some say no. The nice lady said as far as she knew, every dime of the $12 goes straight to the trail system. Signs, maintenance, trail up keep etc. I figured need it or not, that was well worth the $12. Especially if it all really goes to that. Glad you found those roads, looks like tons more to explore down that way! Also, someone told us out of state folks on the border, Montana, Washington and Utah were abusing the border trails and claiming they didn't know they were in Idaho. She said the rangers in those districts all want to see a sticker on everything.

Had a sixer at home lol! Idk who checks for it but Idaho likes to pretend they don’t like taxes but then nickel and dimes you for everything you do!

I ran into a DNR warden over in Eastern, WA, and he was confused on state land licensing.

I'm from Eastern Washington State as well and I'm looking for good trails for the tw. I'm new at the trails other then some in Wenatchee and ellensburg

@@TypicalJosh36 Good luck finding new places to ride! I think there is no shortage in eastern Washington, I'd guess so good riding up by republic especially.

Been looking at upgrading my handle bars on my 2023 did you notice a difference in comfort and riding?

As a tall person my back was getting very sore riding before I installed the risers. Afterwards a lot of that pain was alleviated!!! It was a real easy install too and not bank breaking either. The handlebars made me feel like I have a little more control and they are also less prone to damage and I have the option to tap them and add higher quality hand guards when that day comes!

@@ShellyBHollis I bought 2 inch risers if I remember correctly if they are too high then they start affecting the brake and throttle cables
