15 din hogaya kuch nahi huwa same Amount Mismatch dekha raha hai.. lodge Grievance v kiya kuch fayda nahi hua... koi issue solve he nahi karta hai

Call kar k dekha tha.. kuch fayda nahi hai.. wo sirf bolta hai.. apne app thik ho jayega wait kariye bolta hai.... kuch v nahi karta hai... just waha pe baitha hua bai aur salary le Raha hai.... aur wo log check v nahi karta hai acknowledgement no. lei k... ho jayega wait kariye bolta hai

When I submitted the application, there was no option to make payment, directly got that it's in DC office now, seek review option also disappeared now, what should I do, is it submitted or I have to pay the amount, I am confused, kindly reply
