He'll mam I have doubt If koi employee contract basis me kam kar or vo same contract me 3 saal Tak kam kiya fir company ne contractor change kar Diya then us employee ka fir se period of service start ho gya . Is case me to gratuity milega nhi, To fir kya employee kuchh action le sakta hai ?

Hello sir, सर में इलेक्ट्रिसिटी डिपार्टमेंट में कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर कार्यरत हूं, में इस डिपार्टमेंट में पिछले 10 वर्षो से कार्यरत हूं, लेकिन मुझे प्रत्येक 3 वर्षो बाद 5 दिन का सर्विस ब्रेक देकर पुनः 3 वर्षो तक कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर रखा जाता है ,इस प्रकार मुझे इस डिपार्टमेंट में 10 साल हो गई है , सर क्या मुझे Gratuity मिलनी चाहिए। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करने की कृपा करें।

Mam, i am an employee, working in PSU , I have an doubt regarding recoveries from service gratuity. I am doing salaries to staff , in my office, an employee going to vrs, that employee taken loan from three societies an amount around 20 lakhs, by knowing the retirement of that official ,societies issues an letter to office recover the amount from their terminal benefits if not recover legal action taken against office had written in their letter. Kindly clarify Can i recover the socitey dues from their service gratuity
