Payne Stewart (Every Swing Supercut)

In honor of the upcoming US Open at Pinehurst, this supercut includes every stroke made (and aired) by Payne Stewart during the fourth and final round at Pinehurst in 1999.
I make rules for the video, create it according to those constraints, and then see what it looks like, based on the following:
* This is every swing as aired on TV, chronologically, not every single swing.
* Each swing is one second long and begins at the top of the backswing.
* Missed putts are one second long.
* Made putts end when the ball drops in the hole.

Hard to believe Payne has been gone for 20 years , I remember being at work when I heard the bad news on the radio about no one on his jet responding to air traffic control . I loved watching him play with that graceful swing , and him playing harmonica in Jake Trout and the Flounders band .... LOL

He played such great golf that weekend. People often forget that on the 18th tee, he was ahead by one and Mickelson and was charging. Stewart drove his tee shot on 18 right into some deep rough with a terrible lie. It looked like he was going to lose. And what did he do? Calmly lay up, pitch it on, and drain a long par putt to win it. True championship golf. Not every shot was perfect, but he took what the course gave him.

To me it is the greatest final round of a major I have ever seen. The way they battled back and forth all day on what is/was a seriously tough golf course was just magnificent. It was the US Open at its absolute best. For him to perish like he did just months after this was just so tragic and sad and 23 years I still can't believe he's gone
