Mirei would be better if you already have han se-mi a1, but consider the advancement of Mirei and sm Baek weapons as well. Also note that Mirei is better in most of the content such as pod and guild boss and can clean any thing and can work with other supports, unlike baek; only le bora can work with him... wind and dark selector hmm got a5 mirei and charlotte so i pick either wind han and dark idk im missing lim but dont need him if isla is chooseable then her ig but if not harper is the pick to make i would say (kind of logical that isla will not be in there as well when her banner is still up but could have been nice) well mirei a0 till a2 is useless anyway shes first a reliable dps at a3 where u can use her ult the whole time and dont have to wait 20 seconds to do further dps charlotte hard to play?? a few normal atks get ult do skill1 skill2 dip out then use everything else until dmg is ready then charlotte skill 1 ult normal atks ult again (hard to use only for ai whos not using any unit the right way) i would say a4 is sweet spot for charlotte these way faster normal atks are so important it pissed me off how everytime i wanted to get ult i got hit because i was on end of second normal atk and got staggered hella annoying. i think charlotte even got the best a4 with mirei but that for mireis a2 is useless im not feeling anything from harpers almighty break skill 2 her skill one and even qte does more break dmg in comparisoon of used time to break and u have to hold down the skill 2 and cant normaly swap to another unit if u do so i think harper stops the skill and the new unit does instantly it skill 2 so harper can only be qte away from when using skill 2
