Expert set on Jin Woo for Vulcan was gamechanging for me. Was using the Viri set before but the length of the fight lets you stack the Expert attack boosts and get a much bigger attack increase.

Grats on your F2P clear, you're missing out on a lot of damage with Alicia not taking advantage of her A2, her core attack consumes 3 stacks of frost (60% damage each) each ability gives 2 and the ult gives 5. Here's a rotation to maximize damage with A2. QTE(2) > Winter Storm(4) > Core(1) > Ice Needle(3) > Core(0) > Absolute Zero(5) > Corex2 OR Core(2) > Winter Storm(4) > Core(1) There's also an alternative if you're not using QTE, you can open with the Ultimate into core into skill into core etc A simple way to remember it is really just QTE into skill then alternate skills with core Using this rotation will also help you pump out more damage while using less mana because a lot of it is core. It's even more important when trying to burst frozen targets with a higher awakened Alicia, it also became a bit more important to pump out max damage core attacks with that blessing you had. Mightve cleared it a bit earlier ^^

Alicia is A2, weapon A3, team was Alicia, Seo A2 and Cha A1. As I said before I had 40 seconds left in the timer if you have 170% crit damage it is enough to clear.

The green girl can break the enemy really fast, nothing else... While seo can break, give shields, and do tons of dmg by herself. For this quest, he use green girl mainly for breaking, while 2 other hunters do the rest
