can you please add another payment gateway like payoneer or mastercard after this as paypal and stripe are not operational / banned in my country therefore i am unable to create paypal account

Thank you for the videos. One thing Im struggling with is turning on IPN notifications on my Paypal test account, its asking for a URL to receive IPN"s but I'm not sure which Notification URL I should be giving it to receive IPN's from Paypal?
