This method is vulnerable to pricing interception. Recommend implementing server-side validation when creating orders, especially checking the amount accurately post verifying the payment. Just tried the demo page and changed the $75 USD to $0.01 USD in sandbox.

the paypal button remains loaded on processing after payment in sandbox.... (everything is ok in the paypal events and at the database level)

Are you using the API production key from the PayPal production account and not the Sandbox one
