Good afternoon sir james i have been trying to log in my paypal for a transcriptionist job with scribie. my gcash acccount is already linked with my paypal account but i keep on getting these errors, on scribie it says "paypal reports this account as not verified" and on paypal it says "your card was declined by the issuing bank. please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions".
