The weirdest part about this scene to me is, was she writing harold calling the author writing about him? Or someone else?

Yeah, that always seemed strange to me. Eiffel seems to be aware of everything about Crick *except* for anything related directly to her (e.g., when he shouts at her voice in his head to shut up, she knows he's shouting in frustration -- but has no idea as to the specific cause). So who does she *think* he's trying to call? If we looked back at her manuscript, what does it say about who he's trying to reach, and why?

She might not know who he's calling. I sometimes don't till I write the words.
