You are right contribution % has been changed w.e.f.1july2019.new contribution rates for e.si- employee(0.75)+employer(3.25) =4℅(total). The new code on social security is also about to come so some more changes may also occur.

Please clarify which Bonus??, If it's statutory bonus it's part of CTC not in Gross.we should pay as additional benefit to the staff as per govt bonus act.

There are two option 1-HR Specialist(focus on selected hr area like recruitment,training n develop.,payroll/benefit administration,labour relation) 2-HR generalist (his work to look after all the issues related to hr domain) Career should be choosed on the basis of comfort and intrest.all options are equally good.
