This will help him understand whether he has thought through his investment decision. 1. What’s the expected cumulative cash-flow of INOX wind in next 5 years ? 2. Does he have insight into govt policy with regards to wind/solar energy ? Is this policy consistent ? What if govt falls. 3. Does he know whether Trump will be elected as US president. He might just stop all the efforts towards renewable energy transition 4. Does he know why INOX will do better than Suzlon or Sterling and Wilson and for what reason.

Even if you own just one share you can participate in evoting. Companies make decisions by passing resolution which needs approval of shareholders via voting, evoting lets you vote remotely on key matters of company like appoinment of CEO, increasing debt, distribution of dividend, etc. 1 share = 1 vote so small retailers like you and me don't have much influence on decisions of company, you can ignore it.

Regarding your statement on rate cuts, whenever FED cuts rates in the background of rising unemployment, market makes a new low within 10 months of the first rate cut. But there are instances when FED cut rates when there was no unemployment around. Market makes new highs. Currently unemployment data is bad. FED is as usual late in cutting rates. This rate cut will be followed by a crash - but first a rip roaring rally on the euphoria of rate cut.

Jun 24 Revenue. 324. 273. 236 Net profit. 64. 54. 28 Share cap. 20. 20. 20 EPS. 30.97. 5.20. 2.72 FV. 10. 2. 2 In view of split how EPS can be compared? Can I conclude comparble EPS for March 24 and June 24 is 26 and 13.6 ? Hence in view of lower EPS we can expect market price to rise , we may invest. But other confusing thing for me, although capital remains same but net profit is declining. Hence due to declining profitability, we should not invest. Please guide. Thanks, -Ghanshyam Daga.
