A big controversy has erupted in Andhra Pradesh over the recognition of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as Leader of the Opposition (LoP). While the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) maintains that he cannot claim the position as the number of seats that his party (YSR Congress) won is less than 10 percent of the strength of the Assembly, Jagan wrote a letter to the Speaker urging him to accord LoP status to him, asserting that there is no such rule to disallow him.

Sir, piyyavula kesav is good as an individual but he's speech behalf of TDP party. He accepted LAND TITLING ACT in assembly in earlier govt now also accepted cancel that act. Now he has not studied the matter clearly so he present as he know or may be some one directed. In democracy opposition leader position is more vimportant that he may know very clearly.

When CBN lost the majority in 2019, and Jagan spoke in the………, Jagan told if I remove 5 MLAs from TDP where will CBN stand. ప్రొఫెసర్ నాగేశ్వర్ గారు ఏంతో శ్రమకోర్చి ప్రజలకి ఆసక్తి ఉన్న అనేకానేక విషయాల మీద తమకి ఉన్న విషయ పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని, బుద్ధికుశలతని, ప్రజాపక్షపాతాన్ని, జర్నలిజం అధ్యయనమూ, ఆచరణాద్వారా లభించిన మేధోశక్తినీ ఉపయిగించి ప్రజలని చైతన్యవంతులని చేయటానికి తమ వంతు కృషి చేస్తున్నారు. వారు ఈ ప్రయత్నము మొదలు పెట్టినప్పటినుంచీ ప్రతి మాట పైనా స్థిరత్వాన్ని ( consistency) చూపిస్తున్నారు. వారి వ్యక్తిగత భావాలుఏవైనా, వాటిని తమ విశ్లేషణలోకి రాకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడుతున్నారు. కానీ, అనేకమంది భావదారిద్ర్యపరులూ, తాము నమ్మిన రాజకీయ నాయకులకు అతి వినయము చూపించి గుర్తింపు పొందాలని ఆశించేవారూ ( more loyal than the king) అనాగరికముగా, ప్రజా జీవితపు మర్యాదలను వదలివేసి దుర్మార్గముగా నాగేశ్వర్గారిని దూషిస్తూ అన్నిహద్దులనీ అతిక్రమిస్తున్నారు. నాగేశ్వర్ గారు మాత్రము తమ సహనాన్ని కోల్పోకుండా ఏంతో ఒపికతో అందరి దుర్వీమర్శలకూ, కొన్ని సద్విమర్శలకూ సమాధానాలు ఇస్తూ ఎంతోగొప్ప మర్యాదనీ, మంచితనాన్నీ పాటిస్తున్నారు! నేను ఒక న్యాయ శాస్త్రపు అలుపు లేని విద్యార్థిగా, వారి హేతుబద్ధతికి సమర్ధనగా కొంచెము చెప్పదలుచుకున్నాను🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 భారతదేశము ఫెడరల్ లక్షణాలు ఉన్న ఒక యూనిటరీ రాజ్యాంగాన్ని ఏర్పరుచుకున్నది. ( A unitary State with Federal features) సమగ్రమైన పద్దతిలో చెప్పుకుంటే, పార్లమెంట్ వారు తమకీ, దేశానికీ సంబంధించిన చట్టాలని రూపొందించుకూన్టారు! మన దేశము యూనియన్ ఆఫ్ స్టేట్స్/ యూనీన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా! దీనీలో యూనియన్ లిస్ట్, స్టేట్ లిస్ట్, కంకరెంట్ లిస్ట్ అని మూడు ఉన్నాయి. కాబట్టి ప్రతి రాష్ట్రపు శాసనసభ, తనకీ, తన రాష్ట్రానికీ సంబంధించిన వ్యవహారాల మీద పై లిస్టూలలోని అంశాలకి అనుగుణముగా చట్టాలని రూప్కందించుకొంటుంది. ఆ విధముగానే నాగేశ్వర గారు చెప్పిన ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ 1953 చట్టముఏర్పడినది. దానికి తిరుగు లేదు. ఏ చట్టము అయినా, చట్టములో చెప్పినది స్పష్టముగా అర్థము కాకపోతే, కొన్ని సాధారణ న్యాయసూత్రాలని అన్వయించుకుని కోర్టులు తీర్పు చెపుతాయి. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రానికి 1953 చట్టము మాత్రమే వర్తిస్తుంది. అది అతి స్పష్టముగా ఉన్నది. నాగేశ్వర్ గారు ఉదహరించిన యాంకర్ మిత్రులూ, న్యాయవాది మిత్రులూ తమ మీదఉన్న “ more loyal than the king” అన్న సూత్రపు అంశ మరీ ఎక్కువ బలముగా పనిచేయడాన అలా దారి తప్పి అడ్డదిడ్డముగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారు! అది వారికి తగని పని. వారి గౌరవాన్నీ, పేరు ప్రతిష్ఠలనీ తగ్గించే పని. ప్రస్తుత అంశానికి జగన్ రెడ్డి గారు తగిన మందు. అనేక గొప్ప న్యాయ సూత్రాలు జగన్ గారి లాంటి, ధనమూ, మొండితనమూ, ఉన్నతశ్థానాలలో ప్రాపకమూ, అతిరథులైన న్యావాదులను కోట్ల రూపాయలను పెట్టి తెచ్చుకుని న్యాయ పోరాటము చేయగలిగిన చాతుర్యామూ కలిసినప్పుడే కోర్టుల ద్వారా తీర్పుల రూపములో బయటికి వస్తాయి! ఇందిరాగాంధీ గారి ఎమర్జెన్సీలో సంజయ్ గాంధీ గారు చేసిన అకృత్యాలు జగద్విదితము! రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి గారి ప్రాపకములో, వారి బంటులనీ, మందీమార్బాలాల్నీ వాడుకొని జగన్ రెడ్డి గారు దేశ/రాష్ట్ర సంపదలిని అంతులేకుండా దిగమింగినారు! సంఖ్యాబలములేని యు పి ఎ ప్రభుత్వము దిక్కులేక సహించి, ఆ దోపిడీని ఆపలేకపోయింది! తదుపరి అధికారములోకి వచ్చిన జనతా ప్రభుత్వము వారు, గాంధీ కుటుంబము మీద అక్కసుతో , మనేకా గాంధీ గారి పాస్పోర్టు రేనువలని ( passport renewal) అకారణముగా తిరస్కరించినారు. వారికి సాధనాసంపత్తి ఉన్నది కాబట్టి వారు దానిమీద సుప్రీం కోర్టుకి వెళ్ళి, హేమాహేమీలైన సీనియర్ న్యాయవాదులని పెట్టుకొని భారత దేశచరిత్రలోనే అతిముఖ్యమైన ఒక గొప్ప జడ్జిమెంటుని తెచ్చి మనందరికీ ఎంతో మేలు చేసినారు.

Leave all this prejudiced intellectual discussion and creating confusion. Coming to the point YCP legislative leader can be tagged as floor leader of YCP in legislative assembly. So that the floor leader can raise his voice in all antipeople policies of the ruling party. What are the extra respect or benefits in the case of opposition leader. Is salary with perks and cabinet status .is it very difficult to raise voice for the good of the people as a floor leader in the assembly? Or it it very easy as opposition leader ? Salary is not a base in deciding the designation of any employee. Why because a senior sweeper get more salary than newly recruited officer in either govt depts or in private sectors.
