Seeing George at the table is delightful, he talks all the time, he's happy, surrounded by friends and having lunch out with Daddy. Today everyone at the table is saying yum, yum, but for now George doesn't have a cup in front of him, maybe he's on a diet or he's still waiting for his vegan menu.

I tried to make my own pozole but I never had it, so I don't know how it's supposed to taste. It was good but hominy is expensive in rural New England!
