[PB] Tenchu: RFD Grandmaster% Rikimaru 47m26s RTA, 36m45s IGT

This is a new game Grand Master speedrun of Tenchu: Return from Darkness. GrandMaster% (or GM%) means that I had to get Grand Master rank on every stage. I thought the run was over a few times, but somehow I managed to get the GM rank anyway. One day I'll get sub 47, but I think I want to move onto Ayame for now.
