The one handed shot demonstrates in this contest how it is more reliable than the two handed shot over the long run and over changing lane conditions. The two handed seems to read the lane too much during the hook phase and during its path through the desk. E.J. looked like he was finished but ended up in the finals. A relax one-handed that generates a lot of "whip" and a lot of slide on the front end from high revolutions is the one style that fits all lane conditions as demonstrated by E.J. and Jacob in the finals...in my opinion. A good shot is a delicate balance between forward slide and deflection and turn and roll into and through the deck. More of one or the other isn't good.

Fox Really needs to figure out the RPM. Rash throws a hook ball at (a the 8:00 mark ) 20.5 MPH and 401RPM. THen his straight ball is 26MPH and 439 RPM. They need to figure out how to get axis rotation involved or else RPM doesn't really mean much.

Yes. But that's the speed off their hands, if the radar was down lane like most bowling alleys you'd see a number about 2 to 3 mph slower.

Randy making another asinine statement referring to the third round, “Belmo has to wait longer than anyone on the bench because he qualified first.” Really, they all wait the same amount of time from shot to shot. The first bowler has to wait on all the other bowlers before bowling again, same as the first qualifier Randy

I think you are confused , Belmonte still has to wait the longest.. start a timer and see how long he has to wait vs everybody else. It's not as continuous as you think because when they do the one ball roll-off it starts a new cycle.
