Man do those Lumberjacks know how to ride the crest. I have to say i feel like they have a huge home town advantage. Some of these strikes just beggers belief. Not to take anything away from them. They are for sure great bowlers, and they sure make for great entertainment

Might be a hot take, but Arturo, while definitely a skilled bowler, is so cringy to watch with his over-the-top celebrations and antics. Sad to see my favorite bowler lose (Lavoie) but the carry was not kind to the Splitters like it was for the Lumberjacks.

the oil pattern they're bowling on is one of my very favorite love bowling on the legend patterns and of course the Viper rather to bowling on that than house shots unless I was bowling league

So Arturo was born in Mexico City and his home center is Portland Maine? For the longest time I thought they meant Oregon. Portland Oregon Lumberjacks. Im from New England and didn't think Maine for a second. That's crazy.

He was a great bowler when he was younger until the injuries (knees I think) took a toll on him and he couldn’t bowl much anymore.

Mark baker should have benched chris via after missing that first spare, you can’t miss those easy routine spares man come on.
@craternose348Ай бұрын
There not robots, it’s the first shot nerves got the best of him but you don’t win the us open by missing too many easy spares so they had faith in him recovering from that, ever single professional you’ve seen in history have missed easy routine spares even Walter ray who probably is the best spare shooter of all time so cut him some slack
@livarusgta8288Ай бұрын
@@craternose348 i know but im not only talking just about that single spare, he only struck 1 time out of like 10 shots, and i get it he won the us open when none of the top players were playing (bc of covid) i still give him some credit but he is washed up.
@craternose348Ай бұрын
@@livarusgta8288 There were a ton of great players competing the year he won the us open so that’s not far to bring up something that was out of his control but anyways i understand he didn’t perform the best throughout the day but you can’t judge how he was going to do from the first missed spare ya know but i do agree after the first few frames of inconsistency with his ball roll he should’ve been replaced but still he’s is a great bowler and they had faith in him so they kept him in
@livarusgta8288Ай бұрын
@@craternose348i know he is a great player but he didnt look comfortable at all, mark should of had a conversation with him, if you dont feel comfortable is better not to bowl, i know that feeling…
