I completely agree that Jason is the GOAT. The knowledge he shares is phenomenal and very applicable to my game. It's amazing to watch his accuracy in hitting his targets in the way he manipulates the ball with his releases. It's not only informative but entertaining to watch. This brings back memories of league bowling at Pavillion Lanes, Southend Pier, England back in the 80's Shortly after I packed up bowling, it caught fire and was destroyed. My average was about 160, and my best score was about 275. I started with an open frame then bowled 8 strikes. It had gone very quiet, as the rest had stopped bowling and were watching me. I still have my ball and shoes, probably never to be used again.

I love how I watch A LOT OF BOWLING and when in a tourney, no one gets dabs off of strikes except Belmo. I think it's a respect thing for Belmo that people would rather have fun being able to bowl with him than focus just on the tourney 😂

Two best friends playing against each other in Keven and Packy on Tuesday night (possibly) ....saw the matches last night on BowlTV....went to the final game between Chris and Packy. What a hoot! It was indeed a clinic but; to see (at least a part of) the name of the little coastal village where I learned to bowl on the back of Michael's shirt was such a trip down memory lane! Lindenhurst, NY home of Werner's Bowl, a little 12 lane house where I got to be a pin boy on my Dad's league nights and threw my first frames. Almost 70 years ago now. Congrats on yet another show and your great position in the overall.

Always the first watch of the day. Something that I am noticing not just from you but other pba vloggers. Is that I am seeing more flush strikes which is great. But I'm not seeing as many messengers come across and knock out the 10 or 7. Is there something you tried to change as far as the angle going into the pocket, or is it the ball or type of pins used? I grew up bowling in the 1970s and '80s. I honestly don't remember anyone leaving the 7/10 split on a pocket hit. Nobody threw the big hook ball back then, but still it's so strange that now it's probably 1 in 40 pocket hits that leave a pocket 7/10

Nice bowling. I once got the uuuhhh let's call it "opportunity" to bowl on Scorpion. Was pre-bowling for a house shot league and the lane man was kind enough to accidently leave the scorpion out there on all the public lanes. It uh, did not go as well as it did for Belmo here :)

I am wondering how a ball can pick up speed downlane when there is no added energy. A ball looses speed as soon as it has left the hand.

The ball uses the rotating energy

Translational is lost as soon as the ball leaves the hand - thats why the speed off hand and ball speed measured down lane differs by roughly 2,5 mph. So the ball can not pick up speed downlane. It might look like it as revrate increases when ball is entering the roll phase.
