Belmonte won the PBA Players Championship for his 14th major title, then won the David Small's Kokomo Championship, then the PBA Scorpion Championship, then the PBA Lubbock Sports Open, then the PBA Tour Finals.

Give the players a tour like it was before 2010 and Belmonte would already be at 40+ titles. Some other players like EJ Tackett, Simonson, jesper, would be at 20+

Trying to get the spin and RPM to be consistent in the race. It turned out to be a waste of time... Has anyone explored why people don't choose to stop and watch on the bowling TV, or go to the bowling alley. The bowling era has never stopped being lonely.

@@nishanthadda8824 not during the heart of the season. IIRC the only step ladder he made last year was the TOC. He had only qualified 16th for the playoffs and elected to not partake as his wife was giving birth not long after (that's why Andrew Anderson was on the show as he was 17th). Seeing as he still had to do thr quarantine thing when he got back he didn't want that week or two to impede on when his kid was bring born. And stayed in Australia for the "summer swing" shows but I believe he has not bothered staying stateside for those for a few years now (like in 2019 I think he went home and didn't come back for them, possibly 2018 as well)

Jason Belmonte is the greatest bowler of all time, he clearly owns Sean Rash and Pete Weber. And his style is just god tier as well. How can you call yourself a smart person and not like Jason Belmonte?

And to my other point the reality is is whether you like him or not Belmo has helped to repopularize an otherwise slowly dying sport.

This guy is probably going to beat the overall title record even though the PBA only does like 5 events a year now. Outside of MAYBE Earl Ray, he is by far the greatest ever. The Vosses, Rashes, Machugas, Couches, Devaneys, and that loser who made his identify off of pants, can continue to cry about it.
