Lennie drilled every ball I own, he always gives me the best advice, and is one of the nicest guys I know..... what a legend!!!

This had to be the best match I've ever seen in terms of lane transition. These are the kind of matches one can really learn from. I consider Norm to be the best on the circuit in dealing with lane transition but these lanes really befuddled him. In all the years I've been watching him I don't think I've ever seen him so lost. But, it happens to all of us...but like I said earlier...this is a great learning tool. This one's going in my favorites section....thank you PBABowling for posting!

Hey all, I just started bowling about a month ago and I have to say it's one of the most fun things I've done in a long time. Does anyone have any beginner tips for a young and aspiring bowler? Maybe specific professionals to watch to improve my game? Thanks

Your bowling style dictates which professional would suit you for training and tips. If you're really serious, it wouldn't hurt to talk to some pros in your bowling alley (or nearby) and work with them first.

I agree with Troy. Find some pros in your area and schedule training sessions.

Well the most important tip is to find your rhythm that is, the number of steps and "speed" of your swing where you feel most comfortable...

I'm a big Norm Duke fan....and it was hard seeing him lose but you just gotta feel good for Lennie. This was one of those "15 minutes of fame" type of events for him.....just a great feel good story.

Correction the Greek Church is ALLWAYS the Greek Church NO matter what country your in. Grandma's Teeth is any & all splits including the hardest SPLIT in bowling The Greek Church. The REASON the Greek Church is the hardest SPLIT it's a combo SPLIT of both of the other 2 hardest SPLITS in bowling the 7 -10, the Big fore otherwise known as the GOLDEN GATE plus that back pin that makes This Greek Church the HARDEST split in bowling!!! today is 11-12-21
