Definitely a great show to nearly wrap up one of my favorite seasons, the 2006-2007 season is what really got me back into the PBA as a whole. I really miss the arena settings for the PBA events, does anyone remember when was the last time they actually held a PBA event in an arena? Also, R.I.P. Tony Reyes :(

They had an arena setting in 2011, 2012, 2013 WSOB, 2016 TOC, and the 2017 oklahoma open. Except the audience was a lot smaller in all of those shows

I miss the old PBA telecasts. There was just so much I loved about it. The frequent change of venue. The sponsor teams and spare balls. Doing more types of tournaments other than just having it be a stepladder all the time. The fun little segments like the skills challenges. Jason Belmonte wasn't on every single telecast. The PBA was genuinely entertaining back then. Also, Tony Reyes was a LEGEND.

This TOC major championship aired exactly 14 years ago. It was also April Fools' Day. The next event will be the 2007 Motel 6 Roll to Riches.

I would have loved 50 feet of oil in the early 90s. My entire bowling existence was trying to find an iota of oil anywhere on the lane. Having to look for a decent angle over fifth arrow and thereabouts really killed the sport for me. It really did. The change to extremely short oil patterns was a real pain. And hurting my right foot on walls and those damn long ball returns.... not funny either.
