7:07 is that really bug? Stormer fires a darts, not prox missiles so u have to directly hit target with it i guess? I am that at least how it works irl

Actually in PR the starsteaks do proximity detonate, except sometimes the detonation radius acts as a forcefield instead of triggering the missile detonation.

Would starstreak really kill a MBT? Online it says that it's submunition (3 per missile) has the kinetic energy of a 40mm bofors shell and no anti armor capabilities. That's the first wildly inaccurate situation i have witnessed in PR!!! Or is it?

Not really, the bottleneck in PR is almost always single thread processor performance, which is typically quite bad on laptops. If your laptop has a decent GPU you can probably crank up some of the graphics settings with almost no performance loss tho.
