I usually grab 18-20 qts of LV, disconnect the trans cooler return line, and shove a piece of clear 1/2” tubing into the trans cooler return fitting. Starting off with 9 qts, use an empty oil jug and place the other end of the 1/2” tubing inside. Fire the truck up and then shut it off after 2 qts has been collected, add 2 qts and repeat process until you get a noticeable fluid color change. Those torque converters hold about half of the system’s capacity. This method insures that you replenish all of the old fluid in the T/C with the new fluid from the pan. Only downside is you spend twice as much on fluid🤌🏻💸 Thanks for posting pimpin, always a pleasure to watch a master at his craft👌🏼
