I know I’m late to the video but As a former spec Miata driver on this track, I highly recommend not changing hand position. Keeping them at the columns of 9-3 gives you a very solid understanding steering input. Moving then around constantly can confuse your hand eye coordination abs where straight is

sick video man! love to see you enjoying the build. Question for ya tho. i don’t have a boost gauge and was curious at what rpm does the boost drop back down at? when do you shift for maximum power in auto manual?

Thank you! It typically drops off right at redline for me. I shift at 6K rpm ( right at red line ) every time . I use my boost gauge to make sure everything is running accordingly
