Rolling out is faster and is easier to coordinate compared to a full body movement. It's way more consistent cause there are fewer variables in the motion. It's faster to perform because most people push off with their calves and the return is mostly from gravity instead of your oblique to forcefully pull you back. However, controlling a lane is far easier to sustain with a slide out stance because your back isn't strained and hunched over. I tend to roll out to establish dominance, than alter my stance once you have control. I think that is a healthy blend.

The problem with the loader beeing out of the bunker to early is very easy to handle guys...just slightly lean your gun and your loader a little more into the bunker, than rol out and your done with snapping people...rolling is way less exhausting AND your faster cause you only have to use one muscle group (easier for the brain to connect to one group as to multiple)...trust me guys

it all depends on who you're having a gun fight with. if an exp player is against you, you should be using the most ideal method

It doesn't matter if you're sliding out or rolling out if your gun is straight vertical up and down to the ground you're doing it wrong you need to tilt your gun in towards the bunker! Sliding or rolling is irrelevant if you're not holding the marker correctly

I learnt to roll out about 20 years ago. The consistency and accuracy is way better than sliding out. The leading with the loader is easily solved by adjusting your gun position to the angle of the bunker Watch the russians snap shoot.

Why not just tilt gun on sharper angle instead of sliding out you can keep the same profile as you would have either way on loader no ?

i like rolling out from bunkers that are straight up (cans, bricks, mini W's) but I definitely try to slide out from a bunker like a dorito or an aztec as theyre a bit angled inward making a roll out snap less viable

While we all agree there is a difference in muscles used to roll vs slide.... I completely disagree with his assessment there after.

When You slide out, You expose your elbow first LOL (like two months before the loader and marker).

When your roll out of a dorito you have to slightly tilt your gun so your loader will stay hidden in the bunker. When you slide out you lose some accuracy because you will be standing on 1 foot, so ybasically you lose balance

Yeah I’m actually not sure why this is a topic. If you’re not angling your loadout and body dynamically to each bunker, start doing just that. The only viable piece I see here is either have a strong core and rollout or don’t and combine muscle groups in slide out. Snappiest angles with accuracy.

+Dafpfy true, but honestly you're snap shooting. Sliding out gave more time to shoot rather than rolling out. rolling out you have that split time to get shot before that barrel is out and engaged in battle. Yes your elbow is out but you'll have the advantage of being the first one out and shooting.

The chicken wing from hell lol Idk that "slide out" is showing just as much as the "roll out". Slide out is all elbow popping out. Personally, the less muscles used, the better off and quicker you'll be.

it was somewhat informative, my only counter would be this...couldn't I just tilt the loader inward when I roll out, therefore not revealing my loader first? That's what I've done for over 20 years, works wonderfully! The slide is fine if you have the room bit most times you don't.

Great advice...rolling out only works at distance and a straight bunker like he said. If you try rolling out on a close quarters snap battle ur gonna get owned

Engaging more muscle groups makes for more inconsistant shots. I also saw your elbow on the slide waaay earlier than your loader on the roll.
