Differences Season 2 - The names of the sponsors are now shown. The slash in the logo enlarges and fills the screen, which cuts to the PBS logo instead of playing it while the funding list is going on. Season 3 - No difference. Season 4 - Different font. Season 5 - No difference. Season 6 - The funders are displayed in screens of two. AT&T replaces allied chemical corporation. The announcer is different and the transcript price is inflated to $2. Many people must of missed back in 1974 when you could buy a news transcript for only a dollar :(

Season 7 - The funders are now shown on a separate background with the U.S. shape, and the AT&T logo is now shown. CPB disappears. Season 8 - The funders are moved to a different part of the credits. Season 9 - AT&T looks completely different and CPB is back. Exxon is no longer here. The transcript advertisement isn't announced. Season 10 - All of the funders are different again. Season 11-13 - Same as season 10. Season 14 - AT&T is a little changed, and the MacArthur Foundation is added. The transcript service is relocated to Overland Park, KS and inflated again to $4. Season 14 #2 - No difference. Season 14 #3 - The MacArthur Foundation is slightly difference and the lines are changed. Season 14 #4 - The lines are back to the old way. Season 15 - The announcer is different and PepsiCo is added. The MacArthur Foundation is back to the old way. AT&T changed. Season 16 - The announcer is different after PepsiCo. An advert for VHS tapes is added and the transcript message is moved. Season 17 - AT&T is changed again, and so is PepsiCo. Season 18 - Same as before. CPB is different as well. Season 19 - ADM and New York Life replaces AT&T. PepsiCo is a little sped up and the announcer is different. Season 20 - ADM is different. New York Life celebrated 150 years. PepsiCO is long gone.
