Honestly I think is the smartest move Capcom could have made with all this free advertising for their Mega Man franchise, looking at the financial success that was Mega Man 11. My absolute favorite fangame is Mega Man Maker, the Mega Man equivalent to Super Mario Maker. 😊

@@Mijdax Couple years ago there was a data leak from Capcom on the titles they were working on for release in Fall 2022. Two of those titles were a new Street Fighter game, and "Rock Man Match." The new Street Fighter was officially announced this year but it's release is now in 2023, presumably the pandemic pushed it's release back by slowing production. Many Mega Man fans are hoping the "Rock Man Match" game is actually Mega Man 12, and that it will eventually be announced for 2023 also.

Man, watching this almost 10 years later, and I know back then there was the Mega Man feud between Capcom vs Inafune and Mega Man fans, and I know the games from this era (MM9 and 10) were probably not the best in technical specs, but looking back at these gameplays there was definitely heart in these games proving that nothing can keep the Blue Bomber down.

This game is awesome. Not only does the music flawlessly blend SF and MM, but Mega Man can actually charge AND slide in this game, something he hasn't been able to do the last few 'official' games. pursuing222 A fan of both games, if memory serves, was in development of this game. Capcom got wind of it and instead of a C&D, they gave the fan an invitation to their studios and offered to help. It is free in their Capcom Unity forums, along with the soundtrack to this game.
