Shmup by Neon Deity Games.
Follow a seriously swole goldfish who tries to recall how he saved the ocean with only a shotgun in hand.
Unlike all the other shmups, where everything is the same, this one uses the ol' "memory of a goldfish" thing: the game changes every 10 seconds. You finish a wave, choose an item, go through the next random wave for 10 seconds. You can tell what each item is by looking for certain words, like "hat" (you get a random hat) and "cookies for breakfast" (slow movement).
This longplay completes the game by going through both loops and playing through the Victory Lap as much as possible. I try to show as much as possible, especially if an item is detrimental. -
