What are the inner dimensions of this bag and what is the weight capacity for the pet? It looks like it only fits small dogs.

Joy indeed it is designed for small pets only , the inner dimensions would be about less 1/4 an inch from teh standard outter dimensions which are 16 w x 14 L x 14 D . Thanks!
