Thank you for helping me start my journey! My grandmother is Armenian and nobody else in my immediate family speaks Armenian except her -- my main goal is to speak fluently with her before she passes and to take her to Armenia (she has never been because she grew up in Iran after her family fled from the genocide). Thanks again!!

I can relate. My grandma's side is also Armenian but they all went to former soviet countries so our family no longer speaks it. Hoping this course can replenish some of whats been lost.

My friend who worked with me who is Armenian is married to a Colombian from Medellin. Armenians are very friendly very close to family and friends. Their culture is very much like our Latin American culture. Armenian music is very upbeat one of my favorite singers is Harout Pambojian. My wife is Greek and I being to Greece 6 times in Corfu

I’m only part Armenian (1/8, 10%) but recently found out my great great grandparents left Armenia during the genocide, I want to pick up where they left off and journey to Armenia in respect to them. My family was cut off from the culture when my great grandfather left my great grandmother long ago, and there are next to no Armenians where I live, so discovering part of my culture has been a huge awakening and I feel like I’ve found a missing part of myself. I plan to visit Yerevan in the spring of 2025. I want to learn everything I can!
