Yes because the fuel pump runs a bit dry + catches fuel tank debris at Zero level or low (Reserve) level which leads to choking of fuel pump/fuel lines or malfunctioning fuel pump.

You ignored a few things. Let me tell you about that. 1: The weather was cold. AC was off. True average in our country is calculated with AC turned On. 2: You travelled on a highway with minimum brakes applied. You did not travel inside the city. Inside city travel would have given you different average on last petrol cell. 3: You travelled on 60 Km/h speed on a highway. 4: In my opinion, car will not travel more than 60 Kilometers inside the city. My new Alto VXL AGS will be delivered InshaAllah this week. I will tell you how many kms it travelled on last petrol cell inside the city. And good work. Keep it up. :)
