The ring and wheel marks are two different things... wheel marks are notoriously hard to find, they are created by coin counting machines and leave lines usually across the devices... and to see them coins have to be held at just right angle for the light to hit them! The Coin Geek has videos about them, that's where I learned about what they were!

The barber is not a proof coin you can tell by the 3 side of the coin and the edge of it’s a proof coin the edge will be flat and square looking from the high pressure and double strike
