OCT run from 45:43. Some points. 2.5 x 28 Xience Alpine/Xpedition in prox to mid LAD going upto 15 atm twice 3.5 x 12 Xience Alpine/Xpedition in LM to prox LAD upto 12, balloon pulled back and dilated upto 18 Final recrossing of LCx with 2.5 x 15 in LAD and 2.0 x 15 Balloon in LCx and kissing at 6 atm each Results LAD stent, well opposed struts, no dissection distally or proximally, underexpansion distally? blood whorl not clear, proximally upto 2.85 mm noted prox LAD in between both stents about 2.5 mm diameter LM-LAD stent distally small dissction with diameter 3.46 LCx struts open with dissection flap in Lcx ostium LAD ost 3.22 mm POC 3.37 mm LM 3.7 mm, prox LM 3.9 mm Not too bad I guess, little unorthodox methods. Wish they spent more time on OCT to elaborate for the beginners.

unacceptable result at all and very bad experience unfortunately like this consultant it is shame to present and to teach young cardiologist the wrong thingshe was inflating the stent in left maim with same balloon stent and balloon out side stent that is why cause dissection also doing kissing with the balloon out side stent also the inflation should start with side branch 1st , also no pot no post stent inflation for left main and lad stent , unsafe practice and no one in the conference is correcting him
