This computer does not have a HDD. It has an eMMC drive that is integrated into the motherboard. It cannot be removed or replaced. You can more storage by adding an external drive however.

Are there any signs of life at all when you try to turn it on? Lights? Fan, Motherboard, or Hard Drive sounds? Anything seen on the screen?

Do all computers, particularly laptops, have wi-fi cards?

Most laptops have wifi cards. Some have them integrated into the motherboard and they wont be easily removable :(

where is the hard drive? and seems there are no connection for the additional harddrive?

The HDD in this computer is actually an eMMC drive. Its integrated into the motherboard. It cannot easily be remove or replaced. The spot you see for an additional HDD or SSD is only available on some versions of this model. Ones with the extra port on the motherboard which this paticular one does not have :(

@@PC_Monkey I've actually been trying to find any information on the actual ribbon connector that is supposed to go there. you can actually see where it is supposed to be soldered on but there is no information on the actual connector itself out there

You can increase the RAM size. I always like to max out the RAM for the computer. You can see your computers max RAM capacity in the user manual or by going to sites like crucial.com. They scan your computer and tell you what your max RAM is

Hi pc monkey I am having issue my laptop not turning on once i click power button it's lite up and off not even boot to BIOS. One i remove bios cmos battery and attach after 30 minutes it's again normally working and this happens frequently. I already have replaced coms battery and I also removed old ram and ssd and hdd then added new ram and ssd and boot new os to the ssd also updated the bios also but still now I facing the same issue. Some time it's automatically power off when playing games and giving this issue something once i power off and try to access the laptop next day it's giving this same issue can you please give me any suggestions on this issue also my laptop is not under warranty anymore.

@@PC_Monkey it turns off suddenly nothing on the screen no overheating and liquid spill and physical damage but it's working once removed the CMOS battery

@@PC_Monkey Manually resetting the BIOS settings is working but the real issue is it's happening every day I have to remove and add the coms battery in motherboard in order to start my laptop. Also thanks for the follow up

@@venkatesanv4307 Perhaps the CMOS battery is bad then. I would replace it if you have to reset BIOS that way each time you turn on the computer.

It was working perfectly few hours ago then i active sleep mode . I don't know what happens.

1. What is the issue you are asking for help with? Your computer is stuck in sleep mode? 2. For a computer that wont turn off, press and hold the power button for up to a minute to turn the computer off. If that fails, remove the battery and unplug the power adapter to force a shut down. What happens after that, when you try to turn the computer on?
