If your computer is not turning on at all, you are on the correct first troubleshooting video. Have you tried the steps here yet?

I have a chromebopk HP 14-ca050sa Very similar to the one you have here but it has an all dark grey bezel and mouse pad wrist rest area. The problem I have it won't boot up, I've tried the methods shown here without success. When I plug in the power supply the orange LED comes on but no matter how long I leave it plugged it it never goes off or white to indicate a full charge. Does that mean my battery is bad or become disconnected? With it plugged in when I try the power wash or factory reset procedure the orange light briefly goes out, turns white goes out again and turns orange, nothing happens on screen and it appears to be charging again. When I unplug the charger, the power light blinks white, again nothing on screen. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Phil

It may come down for a motherboard issue for you in that case. I would next try to replace the board. If you want to replace the board, it should have a part number on it that looks like this; 'L85673-001'. Can you find that?

@SHEET hub Its stuck resetting? Try holding the power button down until it turns off. If that does not turn it off, remove the battery and unplug the charger. What happens after that when you try to turn it on?
