I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for your enlightening discussion on endometriosis, particularly your mention of its tendency to conceal itself. Your insights resonated deeply with me, and I felt compelled to share a bit about my own experience. In 2023, I was diagnosed with endometriosis, also discovered that I had a clogged tube, adding another layer of complexity to the situation., and it was only after a laparoscopic procedure on November 17, 2023, that I became aware of my condition. Surprisingly, I had never experienced noticeable pain associated with endometriosis. Your videos are helping my journey. Having researched extensively due to difficulties conceiving, I encountered many resources that often conflated PCOS and endometriosis. Your clarity and distinction between the two conditions allowed me to recognize the unique symptoms of endometriosis that I had been experiencing. I had always dismissed leg pain, shoulder discomfort, and occasional breathing issues, assuming they were unrelated. However, your video prompted a realization that these were indeed connected to my endometriosis. My husband and I are navigating the path of conception, and your video has been a guiding light in this process. Your expertise has not only educated me but also given me the strength to face the challenges associated with endometriosis. I want to thank you for being a source of knowledge, support, and inspiration. Your contribution has made a significant difference in my life, and I am optimistic that, with time, my family will experience the joy of a new addition. Once again, thank you for sharing your wisdom, and I look forward to any future insights you may provide.

Thank you for speaking on these topics! I have both PCOS and Endo. I was diagnosed with PCOS first as the doctors found cysts on my ovaries. During the surgery to remove these painful cysts, my doctor found Endo. It's been a long journey that I still navigate daily. My husband and I tried for multiple years to start a family and the doctors were unable to help after lots of tests. I had multiple early pregnancy losses. We didn't want to do IUI or IVF. I was able to get pregnant naturally by the grace and help from the Lord! Praise God! I am 33 weeks! Doing my own research and balanced some of my hormones with supplements has helped. Best wishes and prayers to you all!

Can you say something more about supplements which are helpful for you? I have exactly same issues with pcos, but also adenomyosis 😢

I tell my husband it feels as if I’ve done an intense workout without working out. I wake crying. I hope I find out what’s going on very soon… Thank you. I’m happy I found your channel. ✌🏼

Beautiful video! Only thing I notice everywhere is an emphasis on research & cures & treatments but nothing on a proper human diet, as we see animals don’t stray from their species specific fuel (unless humans are feeding them). We are too creative for our own good and call all sorts of chemically produced items ‘food’ and don’t think twice because everyone else is eating it too. Everyone else is also sick. There’s an event where doctors are growing in numbers as they approach what our diet was ancestrally. There’s a conference called Hack Your Health. All real foods, one ingredient. And things rebalance. Even after procedures, if diet is not addressed the issues slowly creep back in. A cure would be fabulous but I don’t know why these cure fundraisers never mention the best way to live our best life TODAY while we are hoping for cures. It seems like they’d use their care & compassion to also assist us with better data IMMEDIATELY since NOW is when we are suffering. Although, if we weren’t suffering as much perhaps we wouldn’t have as much reason to invest in the cure funding.

As someone with pcos and possibly endo, i just want to clarify that while pcos is focused on the ovaries, i would say it can also be a full body disease depending on how you define it. Your endocrine system malfunctioning affects your entire body, with fatigue, brain fog, and emotional disruption, as well as the physical symptoms of excess testosterone. ❤
