Good job. That anaphylaxis can present with wheezing is a good point. Although we would have likely administered the medication soon if this were reality.

I can't stand it when doctors go so fast when listening to lung sounds. My last physical, I literally had to tell her to slow down cause I couldn't take a deep enough breath and she was literally making me hyperventilate. Wait until patients fully exhale before moving the stethoscope! I realize the dude was going fast cause it was just pretend, but for real, this happens every time my lungs get checked!

Congratulations on giving the meds. 15 minutes after patient contact with a RR of 53, and 5 word dyspnea is not possible with a RR that high. This scenario is ridiculous
