Hi Robert, a very well engineered system! For $650.00 it's was a labor of love.

Thank you for the nice review and kind words. What you did not see and I forgot to show it was a "Tella-temp strip stuck close to the bottom and top, they change colors if the temperature goes above the rated temperature. So I think you covered it all, good job. Robert

Impressive. Thanks for showing us how it works. You are quite an engineer and designer. That

Excellent construction, I've seen some other handpumps converted into such an assembly but they were always a bit lacking like not making it all the way down on the downward stroke. Often no overpressure protection and definitely nothing as fancy as the counter included in this one. The pumping motion was also at a nice gentle pace so the internal seals don't get worn out significantly faster compared to human pumping. Might even be better on the downwards stroke when you get to the point where you need more than body weight alone and some momentum is needed to push it all the way to the bottom. Possibly the only thing I could technically consider wrong with this one is no temperature based sensor to stop pumping when the pump assembly exceeds a value, but when you're using it attended and only for single rifle or pressure cylinder refills you're unlikely to run into an issue there. It could become an issue when filling entire diving bottles and especially if you're working up in the 250-275 bar range that the pump is rated for.

Hi Brad, I went with a Nardi USA Atlantic G Air Compressor, Gas, 4500 PSI/300 Bar from Pyramyd-Air. The cost is $3,000.00 and I like the gas because I can take the pump and run it any place, no electricity needed.

Hi LouB, The pump never gets hot, it is almost the same rate as hand pumping.

are you planning on manufacturing anymore of these or of similarity that a person could possibly purchase from you? Great video and excellent engineering and workmanship on that product it looked as though it came from the department store GREAT JOB

+ljw2896 Hello, I have had no problems with this hill pump. I still think they are the best hand pump out there.
