I'm an M1 Mac Mini user. This is a very good guide video. However, I had a slight problem with the last step (running the ISO file). Namely, when I double-clicked on the game screen, it didn't pop up or go into full screen mode. Fortunately, turning off and restarting the program solved the problem. I may have missed something, but I hope this helps anyone who wants to give it a try on their M1 Mac Mini.

@@UrCasualGamer idk really, like maybe cheats and modifications to games? How to tinker with games maybe? I know some games on RPCS3 have patches that let’s you modify the game, debug menus and stuff like that. Just wondering if you know anything cool like that, something you can have fun with.

@@Goku-dv2vp don't know anything about mods, but if you want to cheat your ps2 games, I would recommend downloading codebreaker for ps2 version 10. Has cheats for pretty much every game. You just have to switch the disc after activating them

Good Job on the tutorial, but my MBP 2016 hates it.. Can't run games nor Map controllers. And it keeps crashes at launch after I set up the bios and games.

This video was super helpful for me, thx!!!! But some how, it did not work. I successfully started to the emulator, which displays "PlayStation 2" on display, but game did not load and display was backout(unable to reach game start screen). M1 8MG does not satisfy the PCSX2 requirments ?

That sounds like screen tearing i would do into the settings on the emulator and enable vsync it might help.

Hey, was wondering if anyone could give me the best resolution that my mac can handle. My resolution stats are 13.6-inch (2560 × 1664). Is 6x native the best possible resolution my mac can get up to, because theoretically I could run 12x, but I don't think that is actually adding anything.

I set the normal cover on one of my games... But then chose to use 3d for the others... Anyone know how I can remove that one normal cover and replace it with the 3d? So annoying seeing one different cover art. When I load all the other ones the be 3d I thought it would just replace it.

Hi Mate. He can’t link you to the bios files as he can potentially get in legal trouble with Sony for doing so. Just type into google “ps2 bios files” and it should be one of the first options on the search.
