I don't personally think PCX is trash now, but it's definitely much harder to be effective with him. Assuming no Upgrades are involved, landing one Found You and one Jump is enough to get a kill before you run out of stam as long as you don't miss any attacks. Not to say this is easy, of course. As far as I can tell, it's only gotten easier to juke Found You, so you need to be really good at landing it to do well as him. God Unbound is unfortunately more situational than I'd like, having very little use mid-chase due to the stamina drain. It seems like it's more of a punish tool, to get kills easier when someone is cornered. As someone who's been maining PCX, before the update, if I was on any map other than, like, Fazbear's, it was basically a guaranteed wipe. While I don't yet know if the degree of the changes were good, I do think making it at least a bit easier to survive PCX was a good move

You might not agree with it,but in my opinion PCX has lost its potential.I liked personally previous version better,because of "crowd control"(By using shadow clones,sending people into final act zone and such),it compensated the lack of his dmg and did put survivors on edge.With this new rework he lost his "fun value" and became a really cheap copy of wyst and fogborne,just because people couldn't try to adapt to his playstyle.I mean,he was hard to survive,yeah,but it wasn't impossible.Isn't this is what this game supposed to be? Struggling against some evil forces,trying to challenge the odds and be a victor? He might've deserved some tweaks,but not THIS.

@@seanmarley3598 pcx during it's first release was really unbalanced. im gonna admit that. but after he got his rework and the shadow clone jutsu and the final act rework it was a bit more balanced than ever obviously he had his issues that could have been fixed with a few stat rebalances or a few tweaks but no blade decided it was better to just get rid of his final act ability and replace it with god unbound now. i don't have a problem with god unbound. my problem is why. WHY IN THE ACTUAL HELL. WOULD YOU CHANGE HIS YOU CAN'T RUN PASSIVE FOR THIS FINAL ACT PASSIVE IT SUCKS

stamina drain doesn’t need to be for god unbound and also change the passive that when are bone break a clone will chase the player to final act and jump will regenerate half stamina and found you will give poison to the player

You know, for how many reworks PCX has gotten, he's slowly been getting better and more fair/balanced with each update. As fun as it is to poke fun at how many reworks he has and how livid/passionate the community is about him, he's actually getting better and better with each update. I still have my gripes of course, like the idea that Found You is basically just Thunder Warp with an attack at the end or that I wish they could do more with the custom lore of him having another half of himself, but outside of that I actually love the state that he's in now. I think the only people who really complain now are the ones who liked having easy wins before and are afraid of giving that up (MX still exists, don't worry guys)

My man got nerfed so bad just because people couldn't learn to play against him . He really needs a buff . The god unbound ability drains stamina way too fast and final act is survivor sided because it wastes PCX's time . They should make the stamina drain on the ability lower and do something about final act . I'm still gonna play him though

To be honest, I think that's kinda the point of it? I agree that something like Final act should be more of a 50 50 than weighted to the survivors, but I like that God Unbound is ironically very restrictive, since it fits into the ideology that PCX needs to get good at landing their hard to hit abilities or else they're useless and get no kills Either way, love PCX and it's my own personal hot take that he gets better/more healthy with each update

The current PCX rework is awesome and I feel makes it much more balanced to go against survivors. Only thing I find to dislike is how quickly his stamina goes out. He should have low stamina but the issue is stamina drain goes a bit too quick. It feels much more difficult to enact a chase because of this and they always feel very short lived. This is more of a me thing but I always wondered why they didn’t just add a spindash move (instead of found you). It would need a long cooldown (for balancing reasons) but it’d be a perfect way to assist in chases, especially with current PCX. It would also need to do very low damage and have a small hitbox (again for balancing reasons plus I imagine it’d be a multi-hit move). Saying this cause survivors with lots of stamina can easily outpace PCX and keep him busy for a long time. A spindash would help to keep up a bit, having it last a second in quick speed.

Reading the comments all talking about their experience with pcx is so weird. The current state of pcx is great, conserving stamina in a chase in relatively simple and god unbound when used at the right time is a fantastic move for killing survivors. Not to mention hitting people with the jump ability for good damage is as easy as its always been so generally the rework is fine. The one thing i dont like is the fact that if last survivor escapes final act they can easily win depending on the map and how far they spawn away from you.

Level 90 on pcx on my way to 100. Man this rework just felt so unnecessary. It only happened because people that didnt know how to play against pcx said he was unfun to play against. So blade listened and made this mess. He can be helped but needed buffed heavily. Either help with his stamina or not have endlag or startup lag on literally everything he does.

Pcxs current moves don't make him trash but less fun to use on big maps. If blade got rid of the smoke that would be around you during found you, or made it so it would be optional to attack with found you when you would appear, with the plus being you gain the stamina you loss and less endlag, or just fucking made it fun to play against and as pcx, then pcx wouldn't be so hated. Honestly, the best thing that could go for pcx at this point is completely remaking him from the ground up.

god unbound is cool, but the extremely fast stamina drain makes it almost useless. they need to buff the ability to make the stamina drain a lot slower, also found you's hitbox seems to be really shitty now bc i can't land it at all even when i touch the player. jump is complete ass at this point and there is no reason to ever use it. also the start/end lag doesn't help at all either. i still like playing as pcx and he's very fun still but he just needs to be buffed.

Unpopular opinion but this is my favorite version of PCX yet, his new second ability makes him feel a lot more powerful cause of the increased damage and stamina on hit and found you and jump feel more powerful as well, final act no longer instantly ends the game and they removed those annoying jumps on it, he feels a lot more fun and satisfying now

New skin is accurate, hes trash now. Actually no trash can sometimes be reused that's too good for him. Blade said that in order for him to keep the chase going you have to land all of your abilities. But one thing just doesn't work..... Godly Unbound... you stand in place for an animation and the stamina drain isn't even worth it and pain. And don't get me started with his jump attack, that thing is useless at this point.

The jump attack is free damage even when the survivor your chasing has stamina, if you angle it right and are close enough that is. Another thing with godly unbound is you using it at the right time, you don't just pop it and start hawking someone down you gotta make sure you can catch up to them with it after running their stamina down. If you catch up to them like this you can get your stamina back on hits in unbound and do tons of damage.

I play pcx a lot but the only problem I have with him is his god unbound🫤 he just drains stamina soooo fast that when you do the animation and try to catch the player there already gone 😭. I mean I still get server wipes but I barely even touch god unbound. Maybe decrease how much stamina is used. I do miss his shadow clone he had though it helped draining peoples stamina and keeping them moving or getting them low 😭😭 also pac man map is SOOO BAD FOR PCX 😭😭😭 (in my opinion)
